Ruby Foster's Walk-in-Closet

When Ruby Foster (Swarm) went to talk to her teacher, there was no sign of him at the chapel. She looked for her student and friend, Sabrina, and there was no sign of her. Ruby knew that Sabrina needed to sneak away from the chapel sometimes. It was depressing not being able to live a normal life in the outside world. Ruby was getting depressed because she was never accepted by people in the outside world. She was ahead of her time and smart. People feared her. So she always spent time away from people and did not seem to mind. However, it was starting to get on her nerves.

When Ruby began to fight crime in the day time, everyone began to know her face. She thought, “I’m not wearing no mask like some superhero. I’m not spending my life hiding from people. I fear no one. I prefer to mingle with people and let them know who I am. They will get use to me.” That was only the life that Ruby wanted to live, but deep down inside she felt like withdrawing from the world. She felt her life was better when people didn’t know anything about her. Ruby allowed people to see her face but she gave them less information as possible about whom she was.

Ruby Foster went back home to pray secretly in her closet. She spent time in her closet for days and refused to leave it. Ruby had a big walk in closet full of boxing robes made by her teacher. When she was just about ready to leave her closet, she looked at her boxing robes labeled Swarm. Ruby had moved and graduated from her Blue Night Stinging Robes. Now, she was ready to go out in golden yellow and black. Usually, Ruby walked out of her closet which had a secret opening behind her wall that led her down into a basement. Her basement led her out doors to an underground railroad, but this time she was stepping out of her house from the front door. Ruby stepped out in the broad daylight bold as a lion.
